Ingredients
- 3 Egg whites @ room temperature (ready in mixer bowl)
- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Karo Syrup
- 6 1/2 Tbsp Water
Preparation
Step 1
Bring Sugar, Syrup & water to a boil, when it starts to boil, start mixer with egg whites.
When egg whites are stiff, but not dry, start adding 1/4 of the boiling syrup mixture. Mix well, continue adding 1/4 increments at a time. Set syrup back on heat between addings so it continues to boil.
