Frosting, White Syrup Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups White Syrup
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat Syrup to boiling, continue to boil while you beat egg whites.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry add vanilla and salt.
3. Slowly pour syrup over the whites beat until ready to spread on cake.
