Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 6 oz finely chopped chocolate
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- liqueur
Preparation
Step 1
Boil cream until reduced to half.
Remove from heat and stir in 2 tbsp liqueur
Add chocolate.
Return to low heat and stir until chocolate is dissolved.
Whisk in butter.
Pour into shallow bowl and refrigerate until firm.
Shape into balls and roll in coating.
Chill until firm.
Keep refrigerated.
Kahlua - cocoa powder
Gran Marnier - dip in chocolate
Amaretto - white chocolate, roll in crushed almonds
Fragelico - crushed hazelnuts
Sambuca - icing sugar
Malibu - flaked coconut
