Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugar, egg yolk. Add vanilla, then flour. Mix well. Shape into ball. Roll each into egg white (beaten until frothy). Then into chopped nuts. Bake on an ungreased sheet 5 min. at 375 degrees.
