Apricot Chicken

• 2-3 lbs chicken pieces, cut up
• s&p to taste
• garlic powder to taste
• 1/2 lb of apricot preserves
• 6 ounces Russian dressing
• 1 package of dry onion soup mix

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Season chicken

3. Mix together the apricot preserves, russian dressing, and dry onion soup. Pour over chicken and bake in oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown and done.
