Ingredients
- salmon fillets
- 2 Tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all seasoning ingrediants and spread over salmon.
Bake (skin side down) 350 for 30- 40 minutes or grill 10-15 over high heat. Do not flip
