- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups dijon mustard
- Italian-style breadcrumbs
- parsley

Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Combine the sour cream and mustard in a shallow dish, mixing well. Dip each chicken breast into mustard mixture, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Arrange chicken in a single layer in baking pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. Garnish with parsley.
