Butter Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Few grains of salt
- 1 cup pecan pieces or raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and sugar to cream. Add vanilla and salt. Add 1 egg at a time. Fill pastry shells.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes (depends on size of tarts used).
