Ingredients

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
• extra for pan
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or Andes candies
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• pinch of salt
• 1 cup flour
• Butter cream frosting
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
• green food coloring
• 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*
greased a glass 9 by 13 pan with butter
in a double boiler add the butter and chocolate chips
gently mix together string to combine
transfer to large mixing bowl
add the two sugars, eggs, vanilla and salt and whisk together
add the flour and gently whisk to combine
then pour into the baking dish
bake until a tooth pick inserted in the center come out somewhat clean
25 to 30 minutes
cool and frost

Frosting
combine the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl
mix until creamy
add vanilla and green food coloring
mix until combined
slowly mix in the powdered sugar
mix until creamy
