Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Adjust the seasoning to taste, and serve with tortilla chips.

The salsa can be made up to 1 day in advance and refrigerated in a non-reactive, airtight container.
