Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine or burnet vinegar
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill seed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- ground red pepper
- 1 pound fresh shrimp -- cooked, peel, devein
- avocado, 3 or 4 ripe
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl;
Stir in shrimp.
Cover and marinate overnight.
Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
Cut avocados in half, lengthwise; remove seeds, and peel.
Brush avocado with reserved marinade, and fill with shrimp.
