Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cups leftovers*
- *Suggestions - onion, zucchini, tomato, broccoli, cheese, ham, potatoes, chicken, rice, pasta, etc.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 deg. F. Lightly coat an 8-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Distribute the leftovers evenly in the pan and pour in the eggs. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
