Ingredients
- 2/3 cup bisquick
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients. Then combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Add first mixter (dry ingredients) just until moist, do NOT overmix. Spoon into muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375.
