Ingredients
- jalapenos
- carrots
- small onions
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Wash jalapenos, carrots, and onions. Slice carrots and onions, if pearl size are not available.
Pack a combination of each in sterilized jars.
Add to each quart jar, the given amount of salt and vegetable oil.
Bring vinegar to full boil, and pour into jars.
Seal immediately and process 5 minutes in water bath.
