Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/16 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs Brummel & Brown or other margarine
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- Sauce
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lb Fat free sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in a greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Combine butter and 1/4 cup of the mustard; stir well/ Pour over chicken; sprinkle pecans over top. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken to a serving platter, reserving dripping in dish; keep warm.
3. Combine remaining 2 T mjstard, pan drippings and sour cream in a large saucepan; cook over medium heat untio thoroughly heated, stirring often.
