Ingredients
- 1/4 # turkey or ham, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 # provolone, cut into bite size pieces
- small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c black olives, sliced
- 1/4 c parsley, fresh, chopped
- 16-24 oz noodles, short ones
- 1/4 # parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c evoo
- 3 tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp crushed oregano
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp celery seed
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix evoo with the last 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour over veggies, meat, and cheese. Refrigerate overnight for best blend of flavors.
