Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1-1/3 cups Minute Rice
  • 1 can (1 pound 12 ounces) tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard (optional)

Step 1

Lightly brown meat in butter in large skillet. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and green pepper; add to skillet. stir in minute rice, right from the box. saute over high heat until rice is lightly browned. add tomatoes, mustard, and remaining salt.
