Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of ground chicken
  • 8 oz. of blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tsp. of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. of Zatarain's Big & Zesty Creole Seasoning
  • (or sub for red & green pepper seasonings)
  • 2 cups of Buffalo Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, blue cheese crumbles, garlic salt, and creole seasoning.

Mix until evenly combined but be careful not to overwork the ground chicken.

Begin rolling meat into approximately 1.5" diameter balls. Place in bottom of crockpot.

Gently pour buffalo sauce evenly over meatballs until covered.

Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Half way through, approximately 2.5 hours in, stir meatballs so they are coated and cooked evenly.
