Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless Beef Round or Chuck Steak, Cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 T. Canola oil
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce (8 ounces each)
- 2 cups Slices carrots
- 2 cups Pearl Onions
- or 2 small Onions, cut into wedges
- 1 large Green Pepper, Cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Molasses
- 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 t. Chili Powder
- 2 t. Paprika
- 1 t. Salt
- Hot cooked Pasta or Rice. (Optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, brown Steak in oil, transfer to a 5-Qt. Slow Cooker. Add the next 10 ingredients; stir well.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken as desired. Serve with pasta or rice.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
