Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts -- boned and skinned
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- coarsely ground
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, worchestershire sauce, garlic, and mustard.
Place chicken breasts in bowl and pour sauce over all-cover and marinate for
30 minutes in refrigerator.
Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with pepper.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook about 6-10 minutes
on each side.
