Ingredients
- 3 large apples -- cored but not peeled
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Slice apples into thin rounds.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and arrange the apple slices in one layer.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Saute until golden.
Turn once and brown on the other side.
