Ingredients

  • Streusel Topping:
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. milk or water
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 T. firm margarine or butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease round 9 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Stir all ingredients except streusel topping in medium bowl until blended. Spread in pan. Mix streusel ingredients and sprinkle over top of batter in pan. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes: if making a double batch in Pampered Chef 9 x 9 square stoneware, bake for approx. 35 minutes.
