Date Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. salt
• 8 ounce pkg. dates
• 1 cup walnuts
• 2 cups of hot water
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cake dough...thin
Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
