Sock-it-to-me Cake

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 pkg. golden cake mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup crisco oil
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• Glaze:
• 1 cup conf. sugaarr
• 2 tbsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients.  Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.  Pour half of batter in tube.  Combine filling and place over batter.  Spread remaining batter evenly over filling.  Drizzle glaze over cake.

Bake at 375 degrees in a greased flaired tube for 45 to 55 minutes
