Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup Kahlua
Preparation
Step 1
Place cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl and blend with a whisk. Add eggs, oil, water, and Kahlua and mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Grease 6 wide mouthed canning jars and pour scant 1 cup batter into each, wiping batter from rims.
Place jars on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean at 325 degrees.
Wipe rims and place hot sterilized seals and rings on hot jars.
Keep in refrigerator for prolonged storage.
