Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup canned milk (5oz)
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbso flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pie shell, uncooked

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk, butter and chocolted together and melt chocolate. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding vanilla last. Pour into pie shell and bake 35 minutes at 375. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
