Delicious moist pineapple cake without the use of any shortening

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar or splenda or mixed
  • 2 tsps baking soda
  • dash salt
  • 1 can 21oz of pineapple crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nuts, opitional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. whisk eggs and add the pineapple.
Pour eggs and pineapple into dry ingredients and mix well. Add nuts, if desired.

Bake at 350 degrees, 30 min.
