Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 unbeaten egg whites
- 2/3 chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, add sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add flour and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Make small balls. Roll in unbeaten egg whites, then chopped nuts.
Place on greased cookie sheets and dent in center.
Fill with jam or jhelly.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
