Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1 lb cleaned squid cut into rings
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups shelled edamame
- Soy Sauce Mayo
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Ginger Mayo
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tsp cream
- 1 tsp peeled and grated ginger
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together the ingredients for one of the mayo sauces.
Pour the sake over the squid and soak 5 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
In a large skillet over high heat, add the oil and saute the edamame for 3 minutes.
Add the squid and continue to saute for 1 or 2 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, immediately transfer the squid mixture to a serving bowl.
Toss with mayo and serve.
