Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup butter, room temp
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F
Whisk Dry ingredients together
In seperate bowl beat butter & sugars until fluffy
Add eggs 1 at a time, then add vanilla
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients just until incorporated

Fill each mini muffin cup with 1 tsp of batter

Bake 8 minutes and remove from oven then place mini peanut butter cup in middle then bake for an additional 3 minutes
