Ingredients
- 8 oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine pineapple, marshmallows, and sour cream. Gently fold in the mandarin oranges. Cover and chill fora few hours. To serve, sprinkle with toasted coconut.
