White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Fudge

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white baking chocolate
  • 1 cup dried cheeries
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla & lemon juice
  • 1 cup coarsly chopped vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Line bottom of 8x4 loaf pan with plastic wrap
Melt Chocolate
Thinly slice cherries into slivers
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
Gradually add icing sugar. Beat in vanilla & lemon juice
Blend in melted chocolate until smooth
Stir in cheeries & chopped wafers
Cover & refrigerate until firm (overnight)
Turn fudge out onto cutting board & cut with sharp knife
Yields 15 squares
