Cherry Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup confectionary sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Take flour, sugar and butter, and cut with knife until pebbly. Then take mixture and press firmly in ungreased dish.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Take 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 3/4 cup sugar & mix. Then add 2 slightly beaten eggs.
Fold 1/2 cup chopped cherries, 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup walnuts into egg mixture.
Spread over partly cooked dough.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
