Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup lite brown sugar
• 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
• 2 eggs
• 3 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
• 1 cup raisins
• Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

- Mix flour with baking soda
- Combine butter, sugars and pudding mix in large mixer bowl
- Beat until smooth and creamy
- Beat in eggs
- Gradually add flour mix, then stir in oats and raisins (Batter will be stiff)
- Drop by tsp-ful onto ungreased baking sheets about 2" apart

Oven at 375.
