Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup margaarine
- 3 cubs confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Mix on low spead. Spread on top, sides, and middle of cake.
To garnish, cut carrots into wedges so they resemble small carrots, place parsley leaf on top of each carrot for carrot top. Sprinkle cake with chopped pecans accented with slices of strawberries.
