Lobster Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups artichokes in oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup minced lobster meat
  • 1/2 cup asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded lobster meat
  • french bread, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine artichokes, cream cheese, mayo and dijon mustard in a mixer to soften and combine. Add lobster minced meat, asiago and parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon juice, scallion and salt and pepper. Fold in shredded lobster meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and serve with fresh bread.
