Pineapple au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 15 oz can pineapple chunks
  • 10 slices bread (cubed) (Hawaiian bread is good too)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together, butter, sugar, eggs and cream or milk. Add in one can 15 oz chunk pineapple; fold in 10 slices bread (cubed); pour into 13x9 baking dish (greased); bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
