Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 sticks marg, melted and cooled
- 3 cups pumpkin
- 1 13oz can milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmet
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp clovers or less
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup cool whip
- 1/2 cup conf. sugar.
Preparation
Step 1
Line 9x13 pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and spices. Pour into pan. Four cake mix (dry) on pumpkin and pat nuts on top. Spoon melted butter over nuts. Bake 50-60 minutes. invert and peel off wax paper.
Frosting:
Mix all ingreadients well.
Frost and refrigerate.
