Tacky Trailer Campfire Trout

Ingredients

  • 1 whole trout
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 small lemon, sliced
  • 2 T butter
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put the trout on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top with the onion, lemon, butter, salt, and pepper. Seal the foil, making slits for steam to escape. Cook on briquettes for 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
