Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dijon
- 3 TBS white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup chopped shallots
- 2 TBS thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Mix mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in oil. Mix in shallots and thyme. season with salt and pepper. Bring to room temperature before adding to salad.
