My son, Gary, made this eggnog over the holidays. Very refreshing and surprisingly light and not filling. He uses honey instead of sugar.more
cups 2 percent milk
cup heavy cream, whipped
Pinch of salt
tbs vanilla extract
Mix together milk, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, egg yolks, and honey. After fully blended, fold in whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract. Serve immediately.
