Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1 lb pork tenderloin trimmed and cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package mini bell peppers or red bell pepper cubes

Step 1
Place first seven ingredients in a large zip-loc bag, mix well. Add pork cubes and refrigerate one hour, turning after 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork from bag and discard marinade. Thread pork and peppers on skewers, sprinkle with salt. Arrange skewers in a single layer on grill rack and grill 3-4 minutes a side.
