Ingredients
- 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
- Cream Cheese filling
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 egg
- Lemon Filling
- cup sugar
- 2 tab. Flour
- cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tab. Butter, softened
- 1 tsp. Grated lemon peel
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Topping
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- tsp. Nutmeg
- 7 7

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare crust. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine CC filling ingredients. Spoon into pie shell. Combine filling ingredients. Pour over first layer. Top with 2nd crust. Brush egg and topping ingredients on top crust. Bake for 45 minutes .
