Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 tablespoons milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter in mixer on medium speed. Add sugar alternately with milk (one tablespoon at a time) on low until you get enough of a consistency to spread--smooth but not too runny. Turn mixer speed to medium to high and add vanilla. Whip until fluffy and all ingredients are combined.
Spread buttercream on any cake or cupcake.
