Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 sliced onion, celery, mushrooms, green pepper, garlic cloves as desired
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. prepared mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork chops, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Put in a casserole. Prepare sauce as follows: Brown onion and other veggies in a little oil. Add other ingredients. Pour sauce over the pork chops. Bake in covered casserole 75 minutes at 325 degrees F.
