Ingredients

    small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) pound these into flattened breasts

    egg, beaten

  • 12

    PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup), or use Ritz type or butter crackers

  • 4

    Tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1

    cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

  • 1

    cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Directions

HEAT oven to 425ºF. DIP chicken in egg then in cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece. PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with butter. BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Top with salsa and cheese; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
