Ingredients

    lb round or flank steak, sliced 1/8 "vthin x 1/2 " long

    lb brocolli, stem cut diagonally, bite sized

  • 1

    lb carrots, cut diagonally

  • 1

    cup canola oil

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4

    cup water

  • Marinade:

  • 2

    Tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1

    teaspoon honey

  • 1

    Tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1

    Tablespoon canola oil

  • Sauce:

  • 4

    scallions, white part minced

  • 4

    teaspoons ginger, minced

  • 1/4

    cup szechuan sauce

  • 2

    Tablespoons dry sherry

  • 2

    Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2

    teaspoons honey

Directions

1. Mix marinade. Add beef. Marinade room temp for 30 minutes. Mix sauce, set aside. 2. Heat oil in skillet.Brown garlic and discard. Add vegetables, stir fry to sear. Add water. Raise heat, bring to steaming simmer. Cover and cook 15-20 seconds. Remove from pan. 3. Wipe pan clean. Add more oil and heat. Cook beef until 90% brown. Stir in sauce. Add vegs and stir to coat. Serve with rice. Garnish with scallions
