Chocolate Roll

Chocolate Roll is a delicious & yummy chocolaty dessert for Diwali & festive season.
Ingredients
- For filling:
- 12-14 marie biscuits
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp coco powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- Butter paper/foil as required
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut powder
- 4-5 drops vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1/2 tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make fine powder of marie biscuits, add powdered sugar, coco powder, mix
well, slowly add milk & make a pliable dough like chapatti & keep it
aside.
2. In another bowl add desiccated coconut powder, powdered sugar,vanilla
essence & milk, mix well & form a sticky mixture.
3. Take butter paper or foil, take the biscuit dough & press it little,
roll into a circle.
4. Spread the coconut mixture all over.
5. Start rolling & form a tight roll, now seal the ends.
6. Wrap it in butter paper or foil, set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
7. Take the roll, slice it carefully with a sharp knief.
8. Awesome chocolate roll are ready for Diwali.
