Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4 in pieces
- 16 oz. can red beans
- 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- half an onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours.
3. Serve over rice or as a thick zesty soup
