18 hour salad

Ingredients

  • 1 layer chopped bite size spinach
  • 1 layer chopped freshly cooked bacon 7-8 slices
  • 1 layer 3-4 hardcooked egg slices
  • 1 layer bite sized iceberg lettuce
  • 1 layer 1/2 pack petite frozen peas
  • 1 layer sliced red onion
  • one cup mayo
  • one cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

mix sour cream and mayo, set aside
chop all ingredients and layer in a deep trifle dish and smooth the dressing over the top, add cheese, refrigerate 1 hour
